Help Centre / Warden reporting

How warden reporting works

Reporting a warden

Spot a warden? Tap Report Warden. You must be within 200 metres of where you saw them — that distance check is what keeps reports genuine. The report then shows on the map for every driver nearby.

Why do I need to be nearby?

To keep reports trustworthy, you can only report a warden near your real location. This prevents fake or remote reports — nobody can sit at home and flood the map.

How long do reports last?

A report stays live for up to 2 hours. While it’s live, other drivers keep it honest:

  • Still There — confirms the sighting and keeps the report fresh.
  • Gone — two “gone” votes remove the report from the map. Moderator votes act instantly.

What does the confidence label mean?

Confidence reflects how fresh a report is and how many people have confirmed it. A new report confirmed by several drivers shows High confidence; an old, unconfirmed one shows Low.

False or abusive reports

Open the report on the map and tap Report abuse — it goes straight to our moderators. Accounts that submit deliberately false reports can be suspended or removed.
