What is TicketProof?

TicketProof is a community-driven app that shows where parking wardens have been spotted in real time, helps you find and assess parking, reminds you before your time runs out, and helps you appeal unfair tickets.

Your first look at the map

Open the app and you’ll see two kinds of markers around you:

• Warden reports — live sightings submitted by drivers nearby. Tap one to see how recent it is and how many people have confirmed it.
• Parking spots — car parks and street parking, coloured by ticket risk. Tap a marker for prices, restrictions and the risk rating.

The essentials

• Spot a warden? Tap the red Report Warden bubble.
• Looking for parking? Tap any parking marker for details, then Navigate to drive there.
• Parked on a time limit? Start a parking timer from any parking card so you never overstay.
• Got a ticket? Tap the amber Appeal Ticket bubble and Clara will assess your case free of charge.

Do I need an account?

You can browse the map as a guest. Reporting wardens, adding parking spots, saving favourites and appealing tickets need a free account — see Accounts & signing in.
